Deadlines — Days to Register and Transfer License

When moving from Pennsylvania to Missouri, you must register your vehicle within 30 days of establishing residency. You must also transfer your driver's license within 30 days. Plan to visit the Missouri DMV promptly after your move.

Missouri requires minimum liability insurance of 25/50/25 (bodily injury per person / per accident / property damage, in thousands). Your current Pennsylvania minimums are 15/30/5. You must update your insurance to meet Missouri requirements before registering.
