Virginia requires minimum liability insurance of 50/100/25 (bodily injury per person / per accident / property damage, in thousands). Your current New Hampshire minimums are 25/50/25. You must update your insurance to meet Virginia requirements before registering.
License Plates — Front, Rear, and Plate Transfer
Virginia requires both front and rear plates (New Hampshire requires front and rear). Surrender out-of-state plates; new VA plates issued. You will need to surrender your New Hampshire plates and obtain new Virginia plates.
