Agricultural: Farm vehicles hauling agricultural products or recovered materials exempt on non-interstate state highways up to 88,000 lbs within 150 miles of origination (HB164, 2025 — permanent extension; 13 metro Atlanta counties excluded); 6+ axle configurations may reach 90,000 lbs. Timber/Forestry: Forestry/timber vehicles allowed up to 88,000 lbs on non-interstate state roads within 150 miles of origination point (HB164, 2025 permanent extension; 13 metro Atlanta counties excluded).
