Online Oversize/Overweight Permit System through DelDOT Fees: Single-trip: $25; Annual: $100+. Mississippi oversize permits are not directly honored in Delaware. You will need to obtain a Delaware-specific permit for oversize/overweight loads. Apply online: https://deldot.gov/osow/application/ Enforcement: Weigh stations; portable enforcement on US 13 and US 301.
