Size Limits
Height: 13 ft 6 in. Width: 8 ft 6 in. Trailer length: 53 ft (semitrailer on designated routes). Overall combination length: No overall limit for tractor-semitrailer on National Network.
Oversize/Overweight Permits
Oversize/overweight permits through MassDOT Highway Division Fees: Single-trip: $40+; Annual: $200+. Delaware oversize permits are not directly honored in Massachusetts. You will need to obtain a Massachusetts-specific permit for oversize/overweight loads.
