Employee Obligations (Which Returns YOU Must File)
If you physically work in District of Columbia, file a nonresident District of Columbia return (tax rate: 4%-10.75%). Then file your New Mexico return and claim the RPD-41346 credit so you don't get taxed twice on the same income.
