Nebraska has a universal license recognition law. As a North Dakota-licensed professional, your license is generally recognized in Nebraska, subject to meeting basic eligibility requirements. Both North Dakota and Nebraska are members of the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). If you hold a multistate nursing license from North Dakota, you can practice in Nebraska without obtaining a separate license.
