Idaho is an NLC member, but Oregon is not. Your multistate NLC license does not cover practice in Oregon. You will need to apply for a separate Oregon nursing license.

Teaching license portability from Idaho to Oregon: NASDTEC member; reciprocal certification with additional Oregon-specific requirements. Most states participate in the NASDTEC Interstate Agreement, but specific requirements vary by state and endorsement area.
