Mon Power and Appalachian Power offer EV time-of-use rates. No statewide EV charger rebate or purchase incentive.

Solar Tax Credit & Net Metering

West Virginia does not offer a state solar income tax credit. Net metering: Net metering is available in West Virginia under WV Code 24-2F-1. Excess generation is credited at the avoided cost rate for residential systems up to 25 kW, not retail rate.
