Kentucky has constitutional carry (permitless carry). Anyone legally allowed to possess a firearm can carry concealed without a permit. Your Utah permit is not required but may still be useful for other purposes.

Kentucky permit type: Constitutional Carry. No permit needed — Kentucky allows permitless carry for anyone 21+ who can legally possess a firearm. Minimum age: 21. Training required: No. Non-resident permits are NOT available from Kentucky. Must be 21+, pass background check, no felony convictions
Where You Cannot Carry (Even With a Valid Permit)
In Kentucky, concealed carry is prohibited in the following locations: Schools, courthouses, jails, police stations, bars, government meetings, places of worship (unless permitted). Always check for posted signage and comply with all local restrictions. Federal gun-free zones (federal buildings, post offices, military installations) apply nationwide regardless of state permits.
