Arkansas has constitutional carry (permitless carry). Anyone legally allowed to possess a firearm can carry concealed without a permit. Your Utah permit is not required but may still be useful for other purposes.

Arkansas permit type: Constitutional Carry. No permit needed — Arkansas allows permitless carry for anyone 18+ who can legally possess a firearm. Minimum age: 18. Training required: Yes. Non-resident permits are NOT available from Arkansas. Must be 18+, complete training course, pass background check, no felony convictions

In Arkansas, concealed carry is prohibited in the following locations: Schools, churches, government buildings, courthouses, athletic events, bars, polling places. Always check for posted signage and comply with all local restrictions. Federal gun-free zones (federal buildings, post offices, military installations) apply nationwide regardless of state permits.
