Alaska has constitutional carry (permitless carry). Anyone legally allowed to possess a firearm can carry concealed without a permit. Your Georgia permit is not required but may still be useful for other purposes.

Training required: No. Non-resident permits are NOT available from Alaska. Must be 21+, no felony convictions, no mental health adjudications, pass background check

In Alaska, concealed carry is prohibited in the following locations: Schools, courthouses, domestic violence shelters, bars (posted), federal buildings. Always check for posted signage and comply with all local restrictions. Federal gun-free zones (federal buildings, post offices, military installations) apply nationwide regardless of state permits.
