Texas has constitutional carry (permitless carry). Anyone legally allowed to possess a firearm can carry concealed without a permit. Your Delaware permit is not required but may still be useful for other purposes.

Where You Cannot Carry (Even With a Valid Permit)
In Texas, concealed carry is prohibited in the following locations: Schools, polling places, courthouses, bars (51% sign), racetracks, airports (past security), government meetings, amusement parks, hospitals, churches (30.06/30.07 signs). Always check for posted signage and comply with all local restrictions. Federal gun-free zones (federal buildings, post offices, military installations) apply nationwide regardless of state permits.
